If you use a SmarterHomeSeach.com real estate agent for selling your existing home or buying another home, SmarterHomeSearch.com will send you up to a $500 American Express Gift Card provided that:

  1. You must register with SmarterHomeSearch.com and work with one of our exclusive real estate agents.
  2. SmarterHomeSearch.com receives written confirmation, including a HUD1 form, from the SmarterHomeSearch.com exclusive real estate agent that you have purchased or sold a home.
  3. SmarterHomeSearch.com will pay all eligible recipients within 30 days of SmarterHomeSearch.com’s receipt of all supporting documentation.
