Professional Background

Todd Polinchock, ABR, e-PRO  (RS 274466) - Todd is the Group Leader and Owner of the Todd Polinchock Group.  He is the current President Elect of the Bucks County Association of Realtors and sits on several Boards of Directors including: the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the Suburban Realtors Alliance of SE PA where he is the Vice Chairman of the Board.  He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and completed his MBA work in Marketing and Finance from St. Joseph's University.  He is a retired 20 year Navy combat pilot and resides with his wife of 11 years, Jennifier and their children Emily (10) and Nicholas (7).  Todd is the head contract negotiator and specializes in luxury and estate home sales.  He directs all marketing efforts and internet presence for the team.
